Our goal at Freed is to create the jewelry you reach for everyday, that makes you feel loved and lovely. A mix of high quality pieces you can sleep, shower and never take off as well as statment pieces to elevate your outfit is what we strive for. Most pieces can also be personalized so you can wear the words and dates that matter most.
When I say Freed is a small business, I mean it. Each piece is hand stamped (at my dining room table), assembled, packaged and shipped by me. Your support truly means the world.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How long does it take to ship?
I try my best to ship items out as fast as possible. Non-personalized items ship between 2-5 business days and personalized items ship between 7-10 business days! If you need an item sooner, always feel free to email me!
Do you do collabs/affiliate links?

I need help with deciding what personalization to put on my piece!
This is a common dilemma and we are here to help! Think dates, meaningful sayings and words, you wedding date or kids initials! Roman numerals are fun too! Some of our most loved sayings are "Hold Fast", "Beloved", "Courage Dear Heart", "Wild + Free", "Yeehaw" and "Be Still + Know". All letters are uppercase. We also have numbers, as well as "+","#","&","♡" and a birthflower collection! Reach out if you need more inspo!
Can I wear my pieces in the water?
For more specific product details, check the product page. We strive to make jewelry that will last for years to come at an affordable price point.
Because of this, our most durable pieces such as our coin necklaces and bar bracelets and necklaces are all made from gold filled or sterling silver material and are pieces you can leave on for weeks if not months!
Some of our more statement pieces may contain plated components and brass which we recommend keeping out of water for the longest life.
What event will you be at next? Can i get a personalized piece there?
