Returns must be unworn and received by Freed within 30 days of purchase for full refund. Between 30 and 60 days, unworn items may be returned for store credit.
If, within 30 days of purchase, your item breaks or needs repair, we will replace or repair free of charge. After 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com and we can discuss the options for repair or replacement.
Simply email us a picture of the repair needed. We will determine if it's a fix or if we need to replace something, and what the cost will be.
We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been personalized.
